My 2007 Trailblazer’s door looks brand new now, and Beth at the shop made the whole process easy. She helped me find the right part, answered all my questions, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not knowing what I was doing. I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else. ---

I can’t believe I wasted $502 on struts from ABC Auto Parts in Riverdale—parts that didn’t even work. I had to pay my mechanic every time they sent me a new pair, and after five tries, I just asked for my money back. They refused. No apology, no explanation, just a flat no. The whole thing was a mess, and now I don’t trust them at all. Brian, Bobby, and the owners can keep their business—I hope no one else gets screwed over like this. ---

Skip this place entirely. More often than not, they’ll call you back days later saying the part they quoted you on isn’t actually there. Then they’ll hit you with some other part that costs way more. No idea how they’re still open. ---

Bought a side mirror from these guys, and when I asked for a refund because it was busted, they tried to play games. Gave me half my money back, then acted like the mirror was fine. I’m getting the rest of my cash, but don’t bother with them. Found them on eBay—should’ve checked better. Not worth a single star. ---

I’ve been getting parts from I-80 Auto Parts for years, and they’re my go-to. Prices are hard to beat, and if you order used parts a lot, it helps to stick with the same salesperson. They’ll take care of you every time. ---

Called about parts, and the whole thing was a mess. Waited two weeks, never heard back. Finally called again, talked to someone else, and he was rude about it—like I was wasting his time. Wouldn’t send anyone here.

Honestly, this place is the real deal. I needed a couple doors and a fender, and they had them ready to go. The way they took the parts off the car was clean—no damage, no mess. Rich handled everything, and he was on top of it. Sent me texts, even pictures after they pulled the parts. First place I call now when I need something. ---

I only left this review because the site forces a star rating. Ordered a transmission from I-80 because my mechanic swore by them. First one they sent didn’t work. After a bunch of back-and-forth and headaches, they sent a second one—only for my mechanic to find it cracked during installation. Then they tried blaming *him* for dropping it. Luckily, he had video proof from the shop, so I sent it to I-80. Their "solution"? Swapping out the transmission cases instead of just giving me a working part. Another mechanic I talked to had the same problem with them and straight-up told me to demand a refund. They refused, of course. Now I’m doing a chargeback and might take legal action if I have to. This place is a scam—don’t buy big parts from them. I’ve been buying used auto parts for years, and I’ve never been treated this badly before.
