Every single time I walk into this place, Jeff and Braxton go above and beyond. I don’t know how they do it, but they always find a way to get me the part I need—even when it seems impossible. They don’t just hand it over and call it a day; they make sure I’m actually happy with it. Seriously, these guys are the real deal. Can’t thank them enough for always having my back. ---

Called this place twice, both times got stuck on hold forever. No one ever picked up. What kind of business just ignores customers like that? Absolute joke. ---

We were halfway to Texas when our bumper decided to fall apart. No warning, just—*clang*—gone. We pulled into this salvage yard completely stressed, but they had the exact replacement we needed, and it was in decent shape too. Not only that, but they took our old bumper off our hands and even let my husband borrow tools to swap it out right there in the parking lot. Saved us a huge headache. Good people running a solid business—wouldn’t hesitate to go back. ---

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Spent $1,700 on a transmission, and the whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish. They swore the part would be in two days. A week and a half later, I was still getting the runaround. Every time I called, I’d get dumped into hold before I could even explain why I was calling—then left hanging for 10+ minutes with no one coming back. Did this five times. I’ve got video proof. The customer service is nonexistent, the communication is terrible, and I wasted way too much time and money. Never going back, and I’d tell anyone I know to steer clear. ---

I was hunting for used catalytic converters—good luck finding those anywhere—and Jeff not only tracked down new ones but got them at a better price than the big-box stores. Ordered them the same day, and they were ready for pickup when I showed up. On top of that, the parts were solid, came with all the right hardware, and fit like they were made for my car. Jeff and the whole KW Cooks team really know their stuff. Huge help for a local business that actually delivers.
