Do not—*do not*—buy anything from Ray or this place. I paid for parts, and now I can’t even get a call back. Left messages, tried emailing, nothing. Just want my money back at this point, but good luck getting anyone to answer. Total scam. ---

I drove all the way out there for nothing. They swore up and down they had my car and the parts I needed, but after digging through the whole yard, it was a total bust. The guy working the counter was a real piece of work too—like he was reading from a script for how to be the least helpful person possible. If you’re thinking about this place, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. ---

Last time I stopped by, whoever was running the place acted like I was bothering them just by walking in. I’d been planning to grab a few parts another day, but when I called ahead, the person on the phone made it sound like they’d rather I didn’t show up at all. I thought since it’s called “U Pull,” it’d be more hands-off, but honestly? The only time I’ve had decent luck here is when the owners aren’t around. Otherwise, it’s a whole vibe. ---

Needed a mirror actuator, went in thinking I’d at least get to check the part before paying. Nope—had to fork over the cash upfront with no way to verify if it’d even fit. They promised I could look at it after paying, but by then it was too late. The part *did* fit, but it didn’t work. Not wasting another dollar here. U Pull all the way from now on. ---

Look, salvage yards are salvage yards—you know what you’re getting into. But this one? The guys here actually seem to like helping people, and the prices are solid. Will they have parts for my ’70s Honda or my wife’s new truck? Probably not. But for cheap, usable junkyard finds on older cars, I’ll be back. No frills, no nonsense, just parts that won’t break the bank.
