I showed up five minutes before closing, and the guy inside *saw* me standing there. Didn’t even pretend to hurry—just locked the door and acted like I wasn’t there. No apology, no “come back tomorrow,” just straight-up ignoring me. That’s not how you run a business, especially one that’s supposed to be helping people. Wouldn’t waste my time here again.

Man, I really miss the old Barger place. Back when it was independent, they actually treated you like a person instead of a number. Now that LKQ Keystone took over, it’s like they forgot how to run a business. I don’t need a fancy operation, just basic decency—like not making me wait 45 minutes just to talk to someone, or getting parts delivered when they say they will. The part I ordered was supposed to be here Friday night, but it didn’t show up until Monday afternoon. Sure, LKQ’s huge and all that, but size doesn’t mean squat if the service is this bad. They’ve got the resources, but they’re wasting them. ---
