These guys were a lifesaver. My husband and I were about to drive all the way to Atlanta for a part, but they had it in stock and made the whole process smooth. No hassle, just good service. ---

Bought a motor here, and it was leaking oil from the get-go. The guy on the phone was a total jerk about it, and when I called back, the woman just kept lying to cover it up. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. ---

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Ordered a transmission for my business, but they put it under my employee’s name instead. When it arrived, they refused my payment because it wasn’t in the right name—like, what? Called the company, and the rep, Tara Jenkins, first said my business doesn’t even exist (it’s been around since the 70s), then backtracked and stammered through some nonsense about the name being different. They wanted to take the transmission back and redeliver it later, which is just ridiculous. Absolute nightmare experience—avoid at all costs. ---

The staff here are friendly, actually helpful, and don’t make you feel like you’re wasting their time. Made the whole process easy.

The guy at the counter didn’t have the part I needed, but he didn’t just brush me off—he actually looked into ordering it for me from somewhere else. Appreciate the effort. ---
