The woman who answered the phone just now was straight-up rude. I asked a few questions, and all she kept saying was, *"We don’t sell parts."* When I tried to clarify, she just hung up. First impression? A total mess. Wouldn’t waste my time here again. ---

I called to get some basic info, and the whole staff acted like I was wasting their time. Two different people—one woman, one man—answered the phone with bad attitudes and hung up on me multiple times. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard about this happening, and it’s ridiculous. Someone needs to get these people out of that office before they run customers off for good. I’m reporting this place to the state and the police. ---

I called this place three times, and twice it just rang and rang before going to voicemail. Finally, on the third try, someone picked up—only to snap at me like I’d done something wrong. I asked a simple question, and she shot back, *"I already told you we don’t do that."* I said, *"This is the first time we’ve even talked,"* and she rolled her eyes and said, *"Yeah, well, you called an hour ago."* I tried explaining it was the first time anyone actually answered, and she just hung up on me. Unbelievable. ---

Called to ask when they’d be picking up my car, and the woman on the phone was downright nasty. No reason for it—just flat-out rude. I’m never dealing with them again, and I sure as hell won’t send anyone else their way. ---
