Took me a few hours to put my cluster back together, but once I plugged it in, everything worked. The guy who helped me was super nice, and the part came with a lifetime warranty. No complaints. ---

I called Lamar Auto Salvage a couple weeks back to check if they had a door I needed for my car. The guy on the phone said yes, it was there, and I paid over the phone for them to pull it and have it ready when I showed up. I specifically asked for the whole door—the frame, the glass, the mirror, everything—just like it was listed on their website. He confirmed it was all there, and I paid for it. When I got there, the door was pulled, but it was just the empty shell. No glass, no mirror, no latch, no window motor, nothing. Just the door frame and the inside panel. I went inside to talk to the woman at the counter, showed her my receipt, and told her what was missing. She said the best she could do was knock off $60. I asked if she could do more, but she said no. So I took the door anyway because at least the color matched what I needed for the repair. But here’s the thing—I was told I was getting a complete door, and I paid for it as one. Now I’m out another $200+ to buy all the parts that were supposed to be on it. The only good thing is they had the door ready when I got there and the color was right. But $600 later for a door I was supposed to get for $400? That’s not right. I’d still go back if I needed something fast and they had it, but they should’ve given me more of a refund for the missing parts. ---

The people here were actually really helpful. They had the parts I needed, knew exactly what I was talking about, and made the whole process easy. Made a frustrating job a lot less annoying.

Tried calling this place three times before someone finally picked up. Then I had to sit around for an hour and a half just waiting for them to pull the part I needed. Why can’t they just have it ready when you show up? I drove 45 minutes to get there, wasted half my day, and left empty-handed. Never going back. ---

Don’t bother with this place. I called to order a part, and the guy who answered couldn’t even speak English well. He hung up on me twice. First time he just said, *“You there? What you want?”* like I was wasting his time. Real professional customer service. ---
