Called to see if they had a part for my car, and the woman who answered was straight-up rude. Didn’t even bother checking—just said no and hung up. No explanation, no nothing. ---

The people who work there are actually really good. If you need help with your car, they don’t mind stepping in to assist. It’s nice to find a place where the staff isn’t just going through the motions.

It’s been a while, but if it’s still the same owner, he’s one of the kindest guys I’ve ever met. I sold him a couple junk cars, and he paid me more than any other yard would. On top of that, he helped me move a storage shed last-minute and didn’t even charge me. I have no idea why someone would call him arrogant—he’s been nothing but fair and helpful. And to Parris Wiggins, if you’re in law enforcement, maybe you should take a look in the mirror before accusing others of being rude. You get what you give. ---

This guy’s just as arrogant as ever, and twice as shady. I bought a transmission from him, and it failed way before the warranty ran out. When I called to see if I could swap it out or add more money, he flat-out said no—I’d have to buy another one. So yeah, I’ll buy another transmission, but it sure as hell won’t be from him. He’s got no business ethics, but I still hope things work out for him. ---

I called this place twice trying to find a part for my fiancé’s car, and the guy who answered was a total asshole. Not only did he say they didn’t have it, but he hung up on me before I could even ask anything else. After years in law enforcement, dealing with all kinds of people, I’ve never been treated with such blatant disrespect. Whoever runs this place—if it’s the same guy—needs to fire their staff or at least teach them basic manners. The service here is nonexistent, and I’d give zero stars if I could. ---
