I drove all the way out here for nothing—the place is shut down. And their online ordering system? A total nightmare. I’m done wasting my time here. ---

My kid bought a transmission for his Ram 2500 Cummins diesel from these guys, and it came in dead. We had a pro put it in, but the truck acted like the torque converter was stuck. LKQ sent someone to check it out, then blamed the non-OEM wheels and tires. My son’s got pictures proving the truck never even moved, but they still said no. Absolute garbage. ---

Some idiot in one of your trucks just blew a stoplight on Hague Road, turning east onto 116th Street—right in front of me. Whoever that was has no business driving a big rig.

This flea market is a joke. There’s one decent booth selling handmade Native American bags, but the rest is just overpriced junk. Wouldn’t bother coming back. ---

Okay, now that I get how LKQ works, I’ll leave a better review—but just barely. You get what you pay for, but they *really* need to test parts better before selling them. We’re not mechanics, and you guys rake in millions. I’d love to know how much you actually pay in taxes. ---
