I was really pissed when I saw that 90-day guarantee fee tacked onto my order—like, seriously? It was 20-30% of the part price, and no one even asked if I wanted it. Who does that? I’m done with LKQ, and anyone else who shops there should know this is just a sneaky way to squeeze more money out of you. If I could, I’d give them zero stars. ---

You think you’re getting a deal online, but by the time you add up their entry fee, environmental fee, and all the other hidden junk, you’re basically paying double. I walked out on parts I already pulled because they wanted almost as much as a new one for used stuff. And as we were leaving, some guy just chucked the parts I left behind onto the ground like it was nothing. ---

I showed up two hours late because of a five-minute rain shower, and by the time I got in, the opening band had already played. Then, out of nowhere, a sign popped up saying the show was canceled—even though the weather looked fine. Turns out, they cut it short to avoid some city noise rule. And the worst part? They let one band play but then tried to fight me on a refund through Ticketmaster. I’m never going back to this place. ---

This place is actually well-run—no nonsense, just good service. The crew was super friendly, and I found four different trucks with the part I needed. The website’s easy to use, the yard’s organized, and for a small fee, they’ll even pull the part for you if you can’t do it yourself. Prices match what’s online, so no surprises. Thanks, Jesus, for helping me find that 2001 Ram front door part! ---

I ordered a transmission for my 2001 Chevy Suburban 2500 over a week ago and paid extra to have it shipped to All Transmission in Sterling. Still nothing. The shop’s got the lift ready, and I’m stuck without my truck. What’s the hold-up?
