The store had everything I needed except that weird "Zoo Wrench," but the selection was solid. No complaints. ---

THF 44 & 46 Fam at BayZoo—y’all were solid. Not many places like that left, and it’s a shame it went down like this. Still, at least it happened there. ---

Honestly, the cashier made the whole experience smooth—she double-checked the car I was looking for was actually there and told me exactly which parts were still in stock. The place itself was clean, which was a nice surprise after dealing with muddy yards at other spots. The paved lot was a game-changer after all the rain we’ve had lately. Security didn’t give me a hard time when they checked my bag on the way out, just a quick, professional once-over. And $3 to get in? Not bad at all. I’ll definitely be coming back. ---

I scheduled a tow for between 2 and 4 PM today, but at 11:30 AM, dispatch called asking if I could take it earlier—like, within the next two hours. So I said yes, and now it’s 4:30 PM, and the driver just called to say he’s still an hour and a half out. Seven hours later, and I’m still waiting. I spent all day calling for updates, getting nowhere, until the call center finally admitted the original location closed early. No apology, no explanation, just a mess. And now they’re saying the driver’s shift ended at 5 PM, so I have to reschedule for Monday. I took the whole day off for this. Unbelievable.

Terry and the whole crew at Chicago U-Pic-A-Part went above and beyond for our Phi Kappa Psi fundraiser. We raised over $500 for a school to buy new science equipment, and none of it would’ve been possible without them. Terry hooked us up with a car, towed it to and from the event, and made sure everything ran without a hitch. Seriously, we owe them big time for helping us pull it off. ---
