Walked into this place with no issues, but when I came back to my car, some woman started screaming at me about "tools." I didn’t even have tools—just my camera bag and wallet. Came from a hike, wasn’t about to leave my expensive gear in their sketchy parking lot. Showed her it was a camera, not tools, but she kept yelling about not being allowed to take pictures of their cars. I hadn’t taken any photos, just had a wildlife camera setup. She got all huffy and brushed me off. Nobody said a word when I first walked in, so why the sudden attitude? No excuse for treating customers like that. ---

This LKQ location is a mess. The employees—especially the cashiers—act like they’d rather be anywhere else. Lines are always insane, and it’s clear they could hire more people but won’t. Prices keep going up, but nothing improves. Feels like they’re just taking the money and not giving a damn about customers. Bad attitudes, long waits, and no effort to fix it. Management needs to step up. ---

Hands down the best spot for used parts in SoCal. My Ford Sport Trac’s been running smooth thanks to this place. The guys at the front entrance? Absolute lifesavers. They point me in the right direction, and if I’m stuck, they send me to the right section. Big thanks to Zach—dude’s a legend. I was hunting for wheel caps, couldn’t find ‘em anywhere, but Zach tracked down a matching set. You’re the man, Zach. ---

This place is great. The staff is always friendly, the selection is solid, and the prices are fair. I go here a lot for parts, and last time, Lily helped me out—super nice. Shoutout to her! ---

Me and my partner came here to grab a part, and it was easy. The guy at the front printed out a list of models, and the lot was simple to navigate. There was even a canopy for shade and a water jug with cups—heard not all junkyards do that. Made the whole trip a lot smoother.
