M&P Auto Salvage saved my butt last week. I called on a Friday about a transmission for my car, and by Monday, they had it ready. My wife picked it up, and they even helped her load it into the trunk—no extra fuss. I was stuck at work, so that made a huge difference. These folks are solid. I’ll be back, no question. ---

You won’t wait long for help here. Someone’s always around to answer questions, and they actually try to figure things out instead of brushing you off. That’s more than I can say for most places. ---

Don’t waste your time here unless you’re looking for parts from the last five years. I called three times about a car from this decade, and they didn’t have a single thing I needed. The staff acts like they’d rather be anywhere else—short answers, no real help, just dead air. The place is nice enough, but the service is a joke. ---

I’ve been in the car business for years, and I’ve never had a phone call go that badly. I asked about the price of an alloy wheel, and the guy just said, *“Ten dollars.”* Three times. Wouldn’t even let me tell him the make and model. What’s the point of answering the phone if you’re not going to help? He hung up before I could say another word. I don’t even know why he picked up. Absolute waste of time. ---

Needed a rim for my mom’s car, and these guys had one—even though it was a single. They sold it to me no problem, and my mom was thrilled I found it so fast. The staff was great, both on the phone and in person. If I need parts again, I’m coming back here. Thanks, guys!
