We showed up expecting to use the scale they advertise for a fee, but the whole thing was a mess. Waited 15 minutes just to talk to Mike—turns out he’s the only one who can run it. When we asked if we could weigh our truck and then our new trailer by axle, he acted like we’d just asked him to solve a math problem. First he said he didn’t know, then he said it was “a lot of work,” and by the end, he straight-up told us he didn’t have time for “all this”—meaning our request and whatever else he was doing. We thought he was joking at first, but no, he was actually annoyed. We bailed and told him we’d go somewhere else. As we were leaving, he muttered something about not making enough money off the scale. If you don’t want to offer a service, don’t advertise it. And if you do, at least pretend to be professional. ---

Called about a brake light lens for my ’19 Chevy LT3, and the guy on the phone wouldn’t even tell me if they had one. Just said he’d only sell the whole assembly because “it wasn’t worth his time” to sell the lens alone—and then had the nerve to say my truck was “only worth about 70k” like that mattered.
