Bought a fuel pump here, and it was completely dead on arrival. Tried to return it, but they wouldn’t even give me my money back—just took the part off my hands like they were doing me a favor. The whole experience was a mess, and the staff acted like I was wasting their time. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. ---

Called ahead to check if they had a trunk lid trim and a rock shield for my car. The guy swore they did, so I drove 45 minutes to get there—only to find out he’d grabbed the wrong shield for a completely different car. Didn’t even bother checking before bringing it out. Then, when I asked for just the trim (which they *did* have), they tried to sell me the whole trunk lid for $500. The trim alone was $60. The whole time, the guy talked to me like I was an idiot, and he wasn’t any nicer to the other customers either. Absolute waste of time. Not going back. ---

Drove three hours to this place after calling ahead to confirm they had the motor I needed. When I got there, the guy at the front said it’d take 20 minutes to clean it and told me to wait in my truck. An hour later, I came back, and he claimed he’d called me—but I never got a call. Then he said they didn’t even have the motor anymore. Tried to get me to leave a deposit so they could "find" one. Total scam. Never again. ---

Picked up two doors for my ’14 Maxima, and they were in great shape. Even had the exact paint code, which made matching colors a breeze. The staff was friendly, didn’t overcharge, and made the whole process easy. We’ll definitely be back next time we need parts. Thanks, guys! ---

My husband spent hours installing an alternator in our 2014 Maxima, only for it to fail right after. Bought it from here, and it was junk. Won’t be making that mistake again.
