The people here are actually nice to talk to—no attitude, no rushing you off the phone. They explain things clearly without making you feel stupid for asking. ---

Olson’s is the only scrap yard we’ll ever use now. The crew is always happy to see us, and they don’t make us wait around when we pull up with a load. They’ll take pretty much anything—batteries, old metal, you name it—and they don’t hassle you over it. Saved us a ton of time and hassle. ---

Don’t waste your time here. The guy on the phone had no clue what he was saying—told me they didn’t have a part for a 2006 Buick Lucerne but then mentioned a 2004 LaCrosse like that was supposed to mean something. (Newsflash: They didn’t make that model in ’04.) Lincoln Truck and Auto? Actually helpful and knows their stuff. ---

They promised to tow my car Tuesday—no show. Then they said Wednesday, and it’d be fine if my roommate handed over the title. Still didn’t come. At this point, I’d rather drag the thing to the curb myself than deal with their excuses.

Called this place and the guy who answered started screaming at me before I even got the phone to my ear. I asked if he could hear me, and he just yelled louder like I was the problem. By the third time he barked at me, I hung up. Who talks to customers like that? Not worth the headache. ---
