I called ahead to ask if they could stay open a little late—just five or ten minutes—since I was driving 45 minutes to get there with a full box truck loaded with a Jeep Cherokee shell. Both the manager and the woman who answered said no problem, it was fine. I even double-checked, saying they didn’t *have* to if it was an issue, but they kept insisting it was no trouble. So I showed up three minutes after closing, and the place was locked up tight. No one around, no warning, nothing. Not mad about the money I wasted on the truck rental—though that was over $140 round trip—but pissed that they gave me their word and then just left me hanging. I’ve been a regular for almost a year, and this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up. Last time, they underpaid me, but at least they fixed it after I called them out. This time? No call, no heads-up, just a locked gate. I’m done. Find a new place to go. ---

Everyone there’s real nice, but Maria at the register? She’s the best. Always smiling, always helpful. I’ve known her six years now, and honestly, if she wasn’t already married, I’d probably ask her to marry *me*. That’s how much I like her. ---

Stopped by the office first, and the guy who helped me load my trailer did a solid job. Kept the weight balanced, which made a difference. I double-checked the scale at a Pilot station a couple miles down the road, and it matched up. Took about an hour and a half total. The security lady was friendly too—no hassle, just straightforward. ---

These people are straight-up scammers. No warning, no signs, nothing—then when you get over $100 back, they drag their feet for 15 minutes before handing you a check. They’ll tell you it’s the law, but that’s a lie. I’ve gotten way more than $100 back before, and I know for a fact it’s not required. Just their stupid way of screwing you over. Avoid this place.
