Honestly, I’ve never actually been there, but from what I’ve seen online, this place looks like it’s exactly what I need. The pictures make it seem like they’ve got everything I’m looking for—hopefully it’s as good in person! ---

Listen, if you’re trying to track down a part, this is the spot. They’ve got over a thousand cars out there, some of them older than my grandpa’s old Ford. People will tell you it’s impossible to find what you need, but they’re full of it—just drive about six or seven minutes west of Sioux Falls on W. 12th, take a right at the Wall Lake Oil station, and you’ll see it. It’s right there, cars everywhere. And these guys? They’re a family-run operation, been doing this for 50 years, and they won’t screw you over. Half the fun is just wandering around, spotting those rare finds baking in the sun. Oakleaf’s the real deal up here. ---

I’ve been buying parts from these guys for 13 years now, and they’re still the best old-school salvage yard around. No one’s sitting by the phone waiting for your call—you just show up, bring your tools, and get what you need. Simple as that. ---

Bought a panel from them, and it turned out to be junk. They didn’t even bother checking it before selling it to me. Lesson learned—if you buy something, inspect it yourself before you leave.
