Also, don’t just show up unannounced; call first to check if they’re actually open. Their posted hours? More like suggestions. And yeah, this place is a mess. The staff here couldn’t care less about being professional. Lost my business to them for good. ---

The woman working the front desk acted like I was wasting her time just by being there. Rude doesn’t even cover it. But the guys out in the yard and over at the scrap bay? Total opposite—friendly, helpful, no attitude. Made the whole trip worth it, honestly. ---

Total scam. They tried to tell me my bare copper was coated, then had the nerve to say my 30-pound car battery weighed less than a pound. Like, what kind of joke is that? Not going back, ever. ---
