Overview

Pacific Auto Recycling Center at 225 W Avenue H, Lancaster, CA 93535

Pacific Auto Recycling Center is a self-service auto salvage yard in Lancaster. Customers can browse used auto parts, scrap metal, and other automotive components on their own. The yard also dismantles and recycles vehicles, serving both DIY mechanics and professional repair shops. It’s open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and on Saturdays with the same hours. Sundays are closed.

Services & What to Expect

Pacific Auto Recycling Center is a self-service yard, meaning you find and remove parts yourself. The yard stocks used auto parts like engines, transmissions, body panels, and interior components, along with scrap metal for sale or recycling.

How Self-Service Works

When you arrive, check in at the office. Staff will provide tools like wrenches, jacks, and pry bars for part removal, though you can bring your own if needed. A rental fee applies for tools, and extra charges may apply if staff help with removal. Once you’ve taken the parts you need, pay at the office.

What to Bring

  • A vehicle or trailer to haul parts—some are too large or heavy for a standard car
  • Your own tools if you have them, for easier part removal
  • Gloves and safety gear—parts can be sharp or dirty
  • A list of the parts you need to save time
  • Cash or a payment method the yard accepts (check their website for details)

Parts Available

The yard carries domestic and foreign vehicle parts, with inventory changing as new vehicles come in. Common items include:

  • Engines and transmissions (gas and diesel)
  • Body panels (doors, hoods, fenders, bumpers)
  • Interior parts (seats, dashboards, consoles)
  • Suspension and drivetrain parts (control arms, axles, differentials)
  • Electrical components (starters, alternators, wiring harnesses)
  • Braking parts (calipers, rotors, master cylinders)

Vehicle Disposal & Cash for Cars

The guy at the front desk—Ellias—was a total lifesaver. He made the whole process smooth, and you could tell he actually cared about helping. Not the kind of place where you feel like you’re just another customer. ---

This place is legit. The workers don’t mess around—they’re fast, they’re friendly, and they actually know what they’re doing. I showed up with a truck full of scrap, and instead of making me wait forever, they got me in and out in no time. No nonsense, just good service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. ---

I showed up in my work clothes, expecting to get filthy, but the place was actually clean—no dust, no grime. The staff was on point, answered all my questions, and didn’t overcharge me. Plus, I got to hang out with my uncle while I was there. Definitely making this a regular stop. ---

Went to their new location a couple weeks back to check for parts. Talked to Robert—manager, I think—and he had someone walk me through their inventory. Found what I needed, but I was running late and they close at 3 on Saturdays, so I had to bail. Went back last Saturday to actually buy the parts, and suddenly the rules changed. Now I’ve gotta go through the sales department, and they’re charging $300 for a taillight that’s $200 on eBay. What kind of scam is this? They just opened a month ago, had all these high-end cars parted out, and now they’re pulling this? Unbelievable. Won’t be back.

Hands down, PARC is where it’s at for Corvette parts. The people there are solid, and the prices? Way better than digging through random junkyards. Every time I need something, I’m back in their lot. ---
