Solid place overall. Prices aren’t always the best, but the people who work there? Way better than most. ---

Every couple months, I swing by this place to cash in my soda cans for a few bucks. The staff’s always laid-back and friendly—no attitude, just easygoing. The guy who drives the bins to the scale? Dude’s got a good vibe, like he actually likes his job. Today, I walked over with a heavy bag of cans, and he even helped me dump them in. Saved me the hassle. I’ve been coming here in all kinds of weather, mornings, afternoons—never have to wait long to get weighed or paid. It’s just a quick, no-fuss spot, and I keep coming back for that. ---

The staff here are straight-up rude. First time we went, we waited ten minutes for some guy to move away from the scales. The sign and website say they close at 3:30, but by the time he finally budged, it was 3:05. We went inside, and they told us the scales were closed at 3—wouldn’t even take our small load of scrap. Then my son went back another time with his sister, and they were just as nasty. Oh, and if you’re under 18 picking through metal, they’ll check your ID like you’re trying to rob the place. ---

The people here were super nice and actually took the time to help us get the best deal for our scrap. Other places just weigh it and hand you a number—no explanation. These guys broke down the different types of metal, why some pays more than others, the whole deal. I’m definitely coming back. ---

The employees here are *so* rude—not even what they say, but how they say it. Like they’re snapping at you for existing. And don’t get me started on their closing time. They say 3:30, but if you’re still on the scales at 3:29, too bad. Also, they act like they’ve been working a double shift if they’ve been there an hour past their last break. Try telling a restaurant they’ve gotta kick you out at closing time before you’re done eating—bet they’d lose their minds. Hypocrites.
