Don’t waste your money here. Bought a transmission with a 90-day warranty, and when it turned out to be junk, they refused to take it back. Every time I called, they’d either hang up or leave me on hold for 20 minutes before cutting me off. Albert, the manager, is a total jerk—rude, unhelpful, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. They promised to pick up the bad part and refund me, but it’s been radio silence. If you pay cash, don’t expect a refund. I didn’t check reviews before buying, and now I regret it. Stay far away from this place. ---

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Called them four times today—morning, afternoon, evening—before someone finally answered at 3:58 PM. I gave them my car details twice, and the guy still asked, *"What model?"* I said, *"Lincoln LS,"* and he goes, *"Is it a 400, 430, or 460?"* Like, buddy, it’s a Lincoln, not a Lexus. Then he yelled, *"WE AIN’T GOT ONE!"* and hung up. Meanwhile, other people I talked to said they had great service. Unbelievable. ---

Called for a transmission for my 2001 Toyota Sequoia, and the service was quick and polite. Unlike other auto shops, they didn’t talk down to me just because I’m a woman. Everyone was professional and friendly. I’ll be back for more parts, and I’d recommend them to anyone. No hassle, no attitude—just good service.

Ordered an engine, and it arrived on time. My mechanic installed it and had the old one ready to ship back in two days. I called Albert to arrange pickup, and he said someone would come soon. That was three months ago. I’ve called at least a dozen times, and every time, he’d say they’d pick it up the next day—then nothing. Now my mechanic’s shop is cluttered with my old engine, and I’m stuck waiting for a core charge refund. They won’t return calls, but they sure responded fast to this bad review. Oh, and by the way? They never mentioned delivering my engine to another state would be a "special exception" until it was time to pick up my old one. Just want my engine gone so I can move on. ---
