I needed a handful of obscure parts for my truck, and I’ll be damned if these guys didn’t dig through every corner of their yard to find them. No eye-rolling, no “we don’t carry that” brush-off—just straight-up help. Turns out, they’re not just good at their job; they’re decent people, too. They sponsor little league teams, donate to food drives, the whole deal. If you’re looking for a salvage yard that won’t rip you off and actually gives a damn, this is the place. Period. ---

First time scrapping a car here, and honestly, it went way smoother than I expected. Rebecca in the scale house made the whole thing easy—she was friendly, answered all my questions without making me feel stupid, and even double-checked the paperwork. Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous walking in, but now I know where I’m bringing my next junk car. ---

Every time I walk into this place, I leave happy. The parts are solid, the prices are fair, and the people? They treat you like a human being. Not everyone in this line of work does that—some act like you’re wasting their time just for asking a question. But here? They’ll talk you through what you need, won’t overcharge you, and won’t make you feel like an idiot. I don’t say this lightly, but I hope good things keep happening for them. The world could use more businesses like this one. ---

Needed a side mirror for my car, so I stopped by this salvage yard. The owner’s dad was behind the counter, and let’s just say he wasn’t exactly rolling out the welcome mat. I figured maybe he was having a bad day, so I asked about the part I needed. When we found one, I noticed a big chunk of paint missing and mentioned maybe trying a different mirror. That’s when he lost it—started yelling about being “tired of dealing with it” and told me to take my business down the road to KA Auto Parts. For a side mirror. I wasn’t asking for a free car, just a part that didn’t look like it’d been through a war. If you’re gonna be in customer service, maybe don’t act like the customer’s the problem. There’s plenty of other places to shop.

Called up today because my daughter’s 2014 Nissan was down to its last spare, and I needed a replacement *yesterday*. These folks didn’t make me jump through hoops—they had it in stock, priced it fair, and even threw in a quick tip on how to swap it out. My kid’s been stressing about breaking down on the highway, but now she’s got a backup. Simple as that. No hassle, no attitude. Just good service. ---
