I *had* to leave a star, but only because the site forces you to. This is the third time they’ve given me a bad check, and every time I call, I get the runaround. Finally got someone on the phone, but they just passed me around like a hot potato. Tired of waiting for callbacks that never come, so I drove there myself. Told them straight up—I’d take the check to the sheriff if they didn’t have my cash the next day. Done. I’m done. Won’t be back, and I’m not sending anyone else here either. Just terrible. ---

You wouldn’t guess it from the outside, but this place actually gets things done. Tough times? They don’t fold. If you don’t believe me, plug the address into Google—it’ll take you right there. No tricks, no excuses. They just work. ---

Their website says they open at 9 AM, but when we called to confirm, they told us 12 PM. Then we drove all the way there with a car full of cans, only to be told they weren’t even open. Complete waste of time—packed up, turned around, and left. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I called three weeks ahead for a dumpster, gave all the details, and was told I’d get a call a few days before delivery. Never happened. Called back, got the same empty promise. On delivery day, I spent hours on hold, then drove over to find four people inside just chilling—eating, watching TV, scrolling on their phones. They acted surprised the business line was off the hook. Couldn’t even tell me when a dumpster might show up, just “maybe later.” Called again that afternoon, and the guy straight-up hung up on me when I asked for an update. Next morning, I called a competitor up in Ozark. Dumpster was there in an hour, *and* they paid double what Phillips quoted per pound. Don’t bother with these guys. ---

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any business, hands down. Stood there for 30 minutes, loaded everything back up, and just as I’m about to leave, the guy finally shows up—with a nasty attitude. Kept talking down to me, acting like I was wasting his time. I’d had enough, so I told him I did everything right and didn’t deserve to be treated like this. Then he *threw my batteries on the ground* and said if I didn’t like it, I should take my business elsewhere. Unbelievable. ---
