We drove all the way from Chico for a car door, and Erin was super helpful—she double-checked before we even left to make sure they had one in stock. Turns out it was a "half-off day," which was a nice surprise. The door itself was in good shape, though the window didn’t roll down, so we’ll have to figure that out later. Still, we got what we needed. My only complaint? Hauling that heavy door around on a pushcart was a pain—it would’ve been way easier if they had one of those four-wheeled carts with a trailer attachment. My sister and I managed, but it wasn’t exactly graceful. One of the guys did help us at the checkout, though, so thanks to everyone there. Wish we’d gotten there earlier, though—we love poking around salvage yards. And yeah, the Twins, Rabbits, and Girls crew? Total vibes. 👩‍❤️‍👩 ---

Don’t bother with this place. I drove 30 miles just to get turned away 30 minutes before closing—no warning, no flexibility. And it’s not the first time they’ve pulled this. I didn’t even get to check if the part I needed was there because they refused to let me look. If you want to waste your time and gas, go ahead. Otherwise, take your business somewhere that actually cares about customers. ---

I’m looking for a salvage yard I can actually rely on, and this one’s hit or miss. Sometimes you find exactly what you need, but other times? The car they swore was there isn’t even in the yard. You pay to get in, drive all the way out, maybe even call ahead to confirm—and still, half the time, the part’s already gone because they didn’t scan it out. It’s a huge waste of time. They’d solve a lot of problems if they just had a drone flying over the yard so people could check inventory before showing up. ---

I’m not sure if there’s new ownership, but the customer service here has gone downhill fast. I hadn’t been in a while, so maybe things changed, but the attitude now? Brutal. One guy—mid-30s, salt-and-pepper beard—was actually nice when I asked if they were open yet. But then this other guy, some big guy from upstairs, came storming out yelling at me for waiting *30 seconds* near the door. I got back in my car and left. Doors still weren’t open at 9:05, and honestly? I don’t even know why I’m surprised anymore. Used to love this place, but now it’s just frustrating. No wonder people shop online instead. ---

It’s $2 per person to get in, and honestly, the place is cleaner than a lot of yards I’ve been to. They’ve got decent used tires for sale, and outside, it’s basically a graveyard of every kind of vehicle you can imagine. Just bring your own tools and wear boots—you’re gonna need ‘em. If you find something, it’s yours. And hey, you can even check their online inventory first to make sure the car you need is actually there before you make the trip. Simple as that.
