This place is a hidden gem—tight space but packed with solid parts. My only real issue was seeing a female employee call dibs on stuff while she was still on the clock. That’s not how it’s supposed to work. I’ve dropped over a million on parts over 20 years, and in every yard I’ve ever been to, employees aren’t allowed to set things aside for themselves while they’re working. It’s just not right. ---

Went to Pick-n-Pull first thing on a weekday, and it was a smooth visit. Barely anyone else was there, so I got in and out fast. The crew was super helpful—even worked with me on pricing instead of trying to nickel-and-dime me. Prices were fair, no surprises. All around, a good experience. ---

Your winter hours on Google are way off. I showed up at 4:30, and they wouldn’t let me in even though the listing said you’re open until 6. I just wanted to check out a car to see if it was worth coming back for later. Fix that—it’s annoying to drive out there for nothing. ---

The cars here aren’t organized at all—no categories, nothing. It’s a mess trying to find what you need. And don’t get me started on the hours. I asked about it, and they said it’s listed right on their site. No, it’s not. Google Maps (which is what most people use) says you close at 6, but you don’t. Fix that so customers aren’t left standing around. ---

Pick-n-Pull in Rocklin is my usual spot for used parts. The selection isn’t huge—actually, it’s one of the smaller yards in the area—but that’s fine because their online inventory makes it easy to check if they’ve got what I need before I even drive over. The staff is friendly and knows their stuff. The only thing that’d make it perfect? A little lower prices, especially on parts for older cars. Still, it’s my top pick for used auto parts. You might find a better deal somewhere else if you shop around, but I keep coming back.
