My 2007 Silverado’s sun visor was driving me nuts—kept popping off because of a busted retainer clip. Went to the Chevy dealer first, thinking they’d have it in stock. Showed the guy the part number, even pulled up a picture on my phone to prove it was the same as newer trucks. Dude just shook his head and said, “Nah, that’s not right.” Felt like I was talking to a brick wall. So I drove over to Quality Recycle Parts, half-expecting another dead end. Walked in, handed the guy the same picture, and before I could even finish explaining, he grinned and said, “Oh yeah, that’s the basic GM clip—we got ‘em by the box.” Not only did he grab one for me, but he tossed it in for free. No hassle, no attitude, just “Here you go, man.” That’s the kind of place I like doing business with. They actually *listen*, they know their inventory, and they don’t waste your time. First and last junkyard I’ll ever need—no question. ---

Needed a part fast, and these guys had it. No runaround, no overcharging—just a fair price and the part in hand. Exactly what I was looking for.

Phoned up to check if they had a part I needed. They said yes, so I made the trip. Got there, and the thing was covered in rust. I mentioned it, and they said I could bring it back within 30 days if it didn’t work. Well, guess what? The part crapped out exactly 30 days later. Had to buy it somewhere else at double the hassle. Not a fan. ---

Zero stars. Absolute garbage company. Been in this business my whole life, and this place is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Parts are junk, and the employees? Even worse. Bought a couple motors—both were no good. Then they hit me with a 30% restocking fee after the last one got rejected because they lied about the mileage *and* it was filthy. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the returns—never got a single penny back. I’ll be telling *everyone* to stay away. ---

Needed a rim fast, called them Friday, and they had it ready by Monday. Everyone I talked to was actually nice—no attitude, just helpful. Prices were fair, and the place wasn’t a mess. Will absolutely be back, and I’ve already sent a few people their way. ---

Drove all the way from Minnesota for a transmission, and Claud made the whole process smooth. The whole staff was friendly, no nonsense. If you’re in the area and need parts, this is the spot. ---

Sold a junk car to QRP back in January 2023. They handled it quick and professional, even when the place was packed. The guy in front of me was arguing about sales tax, and I could tell the counter person was getting frustrated—but they didn’t take it out on me when it was my turn. My mechanic swore by them, and after seeing their trucks around and talking to their drivers (who seemed to know their stuff), I’m glad I gave them a shot. Hope to be back when I need parts again.
