Every time I haul scrap metal, I end up at this place. They always lend a hand unloading it, which is a huge help. The cash they pay is solid, and the prices are fair—no funny business. If you’ve got scrap sitting around and need a spot to offload it, this is where you should go. ---

Absolute nightmare. Prepaid for a lower control arm on Thursday since I couldn’t pick it up until Saturday—only to find out they’re closed on weekends. They promised it’d be waiting by the office door for me. Drove two hours there, and nothing. Later, I checked my bank app and saw they’d refunded me on Friday. No call, no warning, just a refund. They knew I was on my way and didn’t bother telling me the part wasn’t there. Unbelievably unprofessional. ---

Don’t bother. Ordered a tail light, and they sent the wrong one. Said they’d fix it and have the right part in a week. A week came and went—nothing. Ended up dropping $200 at AutoZone for a new one. Complete waste of time and money. ---

Called about cab mount bolts and bushings. The guy on the phone straight-up told me, “We don’t deal with bolts or anything like that.” Ten minutes of my time, and I would’ve happily paid $50 or $75 for the part. Not even a little effort. ---

They gave a 90-day warranty on a part, but when I sent it back because it was defective, they said they don’t do returns. What’s the point of a warranty if you won’t honor it? Spoke to Rick, and he was downright rude about it. Now I’ve got to deal with my credit card company over this mess.
