I had a decent experience with this place at first—they shipped parts pretty quick when I ordered from them. The staff was always friendly, but then they told me I couldn’t buy any more carriers because the price was too low. Honestly, I didn’t have a problem with that. But then my last order just disappeared. I tried following up, and that’s when I realized they’d blocked my email and let my calls go to voicemail. If they didn’t want to ship it, they could’ve just said so. I would’ve bought it somewhere else instead of wasting my time. ---

The guys here are solid, the parts are good, and the prices aren’t bad. Simple as that. ---

I was in a rush for a tail light and found Seventh Ave Auto online. Turns out, the part was listed as "call for price," and after jumping through hoops, I ended up talking to some other overpriced place. When I finally got the right number, it was for the wrong vehicle. Don’t bother—it’s not worth the hassle. ---

At first, the staff seemed fine—friendly, easy to talk to. But when I just needed a single fog light bracket screw for my truck, they kept pushing me to buy the whole fog light for $55. I told them I’d think about it and left. Next thing I know, the guy’s telling me to get out and never come back. The Ford dealer said that was ridiculous—they had the exact screw I needed for $32. Stay away from this place. Northern Recycling in West Fargo is where you should go instead.
