Dennis was awesome. Treated me right, parts were solid, and I’d send anyone I know his way. No hesitation.

I had to drop this place down to 1 star after the part I ordered turned out to be completely wrong. They sent me a rear drive shaft instead of the front one I needed. Now I’m stuck dealing with the nightmare of trying to return their broken junk—just like everyone else here. Save yourself the headache and buy new. These people will waste your time and money faster than you can say “savings.” The whole experience was a mess from start to finish. The part didn’t even ship for nearly a week because some guy was out sick. Then I drove an hour to pick it up, only to find it damaged in multiple spots. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because Eric in sales at least tried to help me through the disaster. ---

Ordered an engine from them, and it turned out to be the wrong one for my car. Went back a couple weeks later to swap it out, and the guy at the counter didn’t even blink. He just unloaded it from my car, took it back, and that was it—no hassle, no attitude. If they can handle returns that smoothly, I’ll definitely be buying from them again. ---

**Warning:** We bought a used car from a dealer that had a used engine in it. After just 3,000 miles, the engine blew. The warranty through Sharp/Bay Auto covered the replacement, but the new engine came with broken parts. Sharp said to keep it sealed, which is fair, but it cut into the labor time the warranty was supposed to cover—so we ended up paying extra. And get this: the warranty *doesn’t* include fluids or gaskets. That’s hundreds more out of pocket. Trying to get answers was a joke. I spent over a week on hold, just to have the operator track someone down to even take my call. When I asked how many miles were on the replacement engine, the rep said they’d have to “look into it.” Seriously? Why wasn’t that on the paperwork in the first place? Took another week to get that info. The whole thing feels shady. Then the mechanic who put in the replacement engine said it was already messed up and wouldn’t even let us drive more than 30 miles from home because of how bad it was. What a disaster. ---
