Charlie’s the kind of guy who doesn’t overcharge and still gets the job done. No nonsense, just solid service.

Honestly, Chuck and Paul are the real deal. They’re always in a good mood and actually care about getting the job done right—not just the bare minimum. If you need something, they’ll figure it out.

Seriously, I drove all the way out here because they *had* the part I needed, and then they hit me with “oh, you can’t bring your jack in.” What am I supposed to do, lift it with my teeth? I didn’t come to stare at junk cars—I came to get a part. Unbelievable.

Some other salvage place told me they’d give me the best deal for my Ford, which still ran and had three cats. But trying to get a straight answer from this guy was a nightmare—no one ever picked up the phone, and he seemed to close whenever he felt like it. Then I found out he’d moved his whole operation south a little ways, and the new spot was a total disaster. He wouldn’t even bother making me an offer, like I was wasting his time. Not worth the trip.

I called after hours thinking I’d get voicemail, but someone actually picked up—and they were nice about it. Way better than Delaware Auto Salvage, who I’d just called before them and got the cold shoulder. The guy said to call back the next day and ask for Angel, and sure enough, Angel was just as helpful. Answered all my questions without acting like I was bothering him, and the prices were fair. Even my mom noticed how much better they were. If I need parts again, Shuster’s is where I’m going.
