Customers can browse and remove parts from junked vehicles themselves, and the yard also handles scrap metal recycling by dismantling and sorting metals. It’s open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekends closed. The business doesn’t have online reviews yet, but it’s listed on directories like u-pull-it.com and junkyardslist.com , making it a go-to spot for used auto parts and scrap metal in the area.

Services & What to Expect

Siloam Springs Recycling Corp. is a self-service salvage yard, meaning you find and remove parts from junked vehicles on your own. The yard stocks used auto parts like engines, transmissions, body panels, and interior components. Inventory changes often, but it usually has a mix of newer and older vehicle parts, including some hard-to-find items.

The yard also recycles scrap metal by dismantling vehicles and sorting metals. It doesn’t offer professional part removal, so you’ll need to handle that yourself. Tools might be available for rent or purchase on-site, but bringing your own is a good idea.

The yard doesn’t buy cars directly, but if you have an old vehicle to get rid of, check out local cash-for-cars services in the area. They’ll pay for scrap cars based on weight and condition.

What to Bring

  • A valid ID or driver’s license (some yards require this for entry).
  • Basic tools (if you don’t plan to rent or borrow from the yard).
  • Cash or a card for payment (if buying parts).
  • A list of the parts you need (to save time while browsing).
  • Gloves and safety gear (recommended for handling sharp metal or greasy parts).

What to Know Before Visiting

  • The yard is self-service, so staff won’t help you find parts.
  • Parts are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees.
  • Prices are per part or by the pound for scrap metal.
  • Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
  • Weekends and holidays are closed.

Every time I drop off cans, the staff is always in a good mood. Makes the whole process way less annoying than it could be. ---

First time here and the ladies up front made it super easy to figure out how everything works. No confusing jargon, just straightforward help—really appreciated that. ---

We wasted a 30-minute drive just to get there at 3:55, only to be told they close at 3:30—not 4:30 like their website says. And they wouldn’t even let us unload the trailer. This is the second time this has happened, and they still haven’t updated the hours online. Frustrating. ---

Been going here for years, and they always give the best prices for scrap. The ladies in the office are nice, the guys out back are cool, and Jody? He’s the best—always helps unload the trailer with that claw machine, no complaints. ---

Honestly, this place is a great spot to live. The landlords are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met—even brought me a basket of muffins when I moved in. Might just tell my family about it. 😝
