Placed an order on October 8th, 2024—parts were listed as in stock, paid upfront. Still waiting. Called multiple times, no answer. Emailed, nothing. At this point, it’s clear they took my money and have no intention of sending what I paid for. If this isn’t theft, I don’t know what is. I’m done messing around—I’m taking this to the authorities. **Do not waste your money here.** ---

Been fighting with this company since August 28th over a part I ordered. Didn’t get tracking until *September 29th*—after I’d already filed a dispute with PayPal. Called, emailed, nothing. Now my bank’s washing their hands of it, saying I have to deal with Simba directly. Oh, and the part? Shipped to the wrong address a month late, and they’ll swear up and down I got it. Told them yes, but they wanted me to sign for it. When I asked why they never responded before, they had the nerve to ask *why I requested a chargeback*. I called them out—said they only reached out because my bank was taking their money back. Now it’s been 10 days, still no tracking, no package. **Lesson learned: Don’t trust them.** ---

Forget calling—they don’t answer. Messaged them on Google, though, and they got back fast. Was skeptical because of the bad reviews, but my part came in a week. Just know the "3 business days" thing? Not always true. They’ll get it to you, but don’t hold your breath on the timeline. ---

These guys were solid. Fast, clear communication, and actually helpful—which is rare these days. Ordered a 2004-2011 Mitsubishi Endeavor AWD rear crossmember cradle for next-day shipping, and it showed up the very next day. Part looked almost brand new. Saved my Mitsu from the junkyard. Can’t thank them enough. ---
