I’d give this place one star if the woman in the office wasn’t so polite. The guy running the warehouse, though? Total jerk. And don’t expect any help unloading your stuff unless it’s something big—they’ll use the crane for that, but good luck getting assistance otherwise. ---

The woman in the office is the only reason this place gets four stars. The warehouse guy, though? Always rude. We got told twice the warehouse was closed—by the guy who *runs* the warehouse. Unbelievable.

Drove in with a bunch of aluminum, and the guy on the bulldozer just pointed where to dump it without even getting off. Later, I noticed the receipt said I got paid $13 for tin instead. Called them an hour after to fix it, and they said it was “too late.” Lesson learned—double-check your receipts before you leave. ---

Waited 15 minutes just to get someone’s attention, then had to call the office twice to complain. Finally laid on the horn to get the guy off his machine, and he just honked back at me like a child before stomping over with an attitude. Not worth the hassle. ---
