These guys are solid for parts—friendly, no hassle, and the prices are fair. Not the cheapest out there, but you’re not getting ripped off either. Worth a visit if you’re in the area. ---

Paid $1,200 for a VQ30 engine from a ’97? What a joke. You could buy a whole Maxima for that on Facebook Marketplace. No wonder everyone’s just ordering parts online instead of dealing with places like this. ---

Bought an SUV here, and at first, it seemed fine—test drove okay, no obvious issues. But the next day, it started shaking like crazy at stoplights. Took it back to the owner, and he acted like I was overreacting, saying it was just sitting too long and would "settle down." Yeah, right. Two months later, the thing won’t even start. Turns out, the engine’s completely shot, and replacing it costs as much as the car itself. Absolute scam. The owner won’t lift a finger to help, just gaslights you into thinking you’re imagining problems. Stay far away. ---

This might be the worst salvage yard I’ve ever stepped foot in. Overpriced doesn’t even cover it. Called ahead for a front bumper quote—$50. Drove all the way there, took the part off my car, and when I went to pay? $150. I walked out, went to UPull in Joliet, and got the bumper *plus* two grills and fog lights for $90. Southwest Auto would’ve charged me $250 for the same stuff. And the sales guy? Wouldn’t budge on the price, even after I showed him the same parts brand new online for less. Oh, and the yard looks like a tornado hit it—parts everywhere, no organization. A total mess. ---

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Called at 11 AM asking about a caliper for my car, and the older guy with glasses just said, “Yeah, sure.” So I drove up at noon, and guess what? No part pulled. He tells me it won’t be ready till 2 PM. I’m like, “My brother took it off yesterday—how’s it gonna take two hours?” Fast forward to now, and the same guy’s on the phone saying, “Oh, we’re not pulling it after all.” Then he has the nerve to tell me to send my brother to take it off himself. Unbelievable customer service. Fire these people and hire someone who knows how to do their job.
