Called to check if a part was in stock, and they said to come get it. Drove two hours, only to find the car crushed. The guy just shrugged and said, "That’s how it is." No effort to check if the part was even there. Complete waste of time. The place is a mess—don’t bother. ---

Picked up a part here once, and it was in great shape for the price. The guy at the counter knew his stuff—found what I needed fast. ---

Saw a Jeep listed on Craigslist, but the pictures were taken in front of a house like it was a personal sale. Asked to see it after my fiancé got off work, and the seller gave me an address—turns out it’s a two-hour drive. When I checked the location, it was a salvage yard. Asked if it was a private sale, and he said yes. Then I asked why the car was at a junkyard, and he never answered. Sent him a screenshot of the address, and still nothing. Doesn’t feel right—wouldn’t buy from a junkyard anyway. His name’s Chris.

I can’t believe I wasted my time here. Ordered a transmission in January, they installed it, and now it’s already failing. When I went back, they said the warranty was only 30 days—just leave my number, the owner would call. Eleven months later, still no call. Today, I got a voicemail saying to bring the car in for a scan. I showed up at 2:30, left at 4:00, and nobody even touched it. Workers were just hanging out while my car sat there. An hour and a half of my life gone. At this point, I’m just warning others to stay away. ---

The new owner is solid. Honest guy, and I’ll keep coming back. If something goes wrong with a part, he’ll fix it. No nonsense, just good service. ---
