Honestly, don’t bother with this guy. I called ahead to confirm he had the part I needed—he swore he did. Drove an hour out of my way, and when I got there? "Sorry, don’t have it." Absolute waste of time and gas. ---

Okay, so I’m in Anderson, IN, and I’ve got a triple-axle hauling trailer parked in Kentucky—four hours from home. Needed R14.5 tires for it, which are a pain to find, so when I saw Doug’s ad saying he had some, I called. He said they were in decent shape, not new but "road worthy." So I drove three hours round-trip to the state line, handed over $300, and he loaded six tires into my truck. Told him what I was using them for—hauling a truck on the trailer from Kentucky to Indiana. Next day, I drive four hours back to Kentucky, take the tires to a shop to get mounted, and when they rinse off the dried mud? All six are cracked to hell—treads, sidewalls, everything. The tire guy flat-out told me I couldn’t drive that trailer on the highway with those, let alone haul anything. I’d already spent $300 on the tires, $300 on gas, and $90 mounting them, and now I’m stuck. Tried three other shops—everyone was shocked someone would sell tires in that condition. Texted Doug pictures, told him I’m a single mom with a kid, and now I can’t even tow the trailer home because of his "rotten" tires. Had to rent storage in Kentucky, which cost more. He *finally* said he’d refund me—if I bring the tires back to him first. So now I’m out $900, had to stay in a hotel, and the trailer and truck are still in Kentucky. To get my $300 back, I’ve gotta drive four hours to Kentucky, unmount his garbage tires, mount new ones, then haul *his* six bad tires back past my house to his place. More gas, more time, more money. And he’s got the nerve to act like *I’m* the problem. At this rate, I’ll be over $2,000 by the time this is over—all because he lied about the tires. Not cool. ---

These folks went above and beyond trying to track down a spare for me. Didn’t just point me to the shelf—they actually looked around, checked stock, and did what they could to help. Appreciated the effort. ---

Stopped by here a few weeks back. Gave it two stars *only* because he actually had the part I’d been hunting for everywhere else. But man, what a headache. Guy’s all about the money—didn’t lift a finger to help me find it. Had to dig through his junkyard myself, and even then, he made me feel like I was bothering him. Took the part off the car for me, sure, but the whole experience was rough. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re desperate. ---

Solid spot for parts. Staff’s friendly, no nonsense, and they’ve got what you need. I’d hit this place up before anywhere else—saves time and hassle. Worth the trip.
