So I bought a front bumper for my ’65 GTO last fall, and when the body shop called to say my car was done, they told me the bumper had a defect. I figured I could just swap it out, but I’d bought it through eBay from some third-party seller. Tried calling the parts place multiple times—got one response, basically saying it wasn’t their problem and to call eBay. Sent eBay a ton of messages, even offered to send pictures, but nothing. $759 down the drain. I’ve bought parts from them before with no issues, but after this? Never again. They couldn’t even bother to reply to my messages. I’m done with them—going back to Aims and NPD. ---

First time ordering from Parts Place, and I was actually surprised at how fast everything showed up. The parts themselves? Solid quality. No issues, no headaches. If I need something again, I’m definitely coming back. ---

My order for the air cleaner kit was messed up at first—some pieces were missing. But instead of arguing, Parts Place just sent the missing parts for free. And when I realized the air cleaner base and flange didn’t match, they didn’t even hesitate. Sent me a new flange from the same manufacturer so everything fit right. No hassle, no excuses. Just fixed it. ---

Spent close to $800 on AC parts, and now my car’s leaking everywhere. Had to save up extra just to get a real shop to install them, and now this. No way to fix it, no way to get my money back. Tried reaching out to them—good luck. They won’t answer, and even if they did, they’re not taking the parts back. Waste of time and money. Don’t bother with eBay from these guys. ---
