Called them, and let’s just say the phone experience wasn’t great. The person I talked to didn’t seem all that interested in helping, and it was pretty clear they didn’t know much about what I was asking. Not the worst, but not the kind of place you’d want to deal with if you’re in a hurry or need actual answers. ---

I’ll start by saying I was pretty disappointed with how this whole thing went down. Ordered four parts, paid upfront because that’s their policy—fine, whatever. Then a few hours later, they call and say they’re short one part. No big deal, they adjust the order and refund me for that one. But the next day? Another message saying they don’t actually have the main part I needed, and they’ll refund me for that too. Okay, fine, stuff happens. So I call back and ask to just cancel the whole order since half the parts aren’t coming anyway. They say sure, no problem. Fast forward to the refund, and suddenly there’s a restocking fee—almost half the cost of the parts I *didn’t even get*. When I called to ask about it, they just said it’s “company policy” and there’s nothing they can do. That’s a hard no from me. If they’d actually delivered what they promised, maybe I’d understand. But they didn’t, and now I’m out money *because they messed up*. Doesn’t sit right. Would I go back? Not unless I had no other choice. Feels like they set you up to pay twice—once for parts you don’t get, and again for their mistakes. ---

This place is solid. The staff’s friendly, the parts are good, and if something turns out to be junk, they’ll swap it or give your money back—just gotta do it within 30 days. And they’re upfront about it too: if a part’s non-refundable, they’ll tell you before you buy. No surprises. Wouldn’t hesitate to send someone here. ---

Robert at Trade Center in Delta handled a mess for me without missing a beat. I ended up with the wrong rear hub assembly because the manufacturer switched models mid-year—totally not his fault, but still a headache. He fixed it fast, got the right parts to me in Grand Junction in just a couple days. No fuss, no attitude, just got it done. If you’re looking for parts and need someone who actually *helps*, this is the place. ---

Couldn’t find tail light assemblies for my ’88 Westfalia anywhere else, so I took a shot and called Trade Center in Delta after Fast Eddies in Cortez recommended them. Robert answered, knew his stuff, and actually found the part for me. Then he stuck with me through the whole payment process—kept trying different ways until it went through. Part showed up in four days, and with shipping, it cost about the same as a new one (which, by the way, wasn’t even available). I’ve dug through salvage yards before, so I know how much work goes into pulling and logging parts. Trade Center made it easy, and I’ll be back if I need anything else. No reason not to.
