I’ve never been treated so poorly at a business in my life. The owners act like they don’t care at all—honestly, I’m not even sure they shower. And the cat? It’s all over you while you’re trying to get your money. I’m done with this place, and I hope everyone else is too. ---

If you’re looking to recycle metal in the Treasure Valley, skip Pacific and United in Twin Falls—just go straight to Underwoods. They always pay more than the bigger places, which is wild when you think about it. How do the big guys stay in business if they’re undercutting themselves like that? ---

Avoid this place like the plague. The people working there are the rudest we’ve ever encountered. Accused us of trying to scam them, then threw a fit when we didn’t want to deal with their attitude. Something’s seriously off with them. We left and went to Twin Falls recycling instead—they were actually nice, and the whole experience was smooth. ---

This is the best recycling spot around. They always give me better rates than the place in Jerome, and Lorraine is just the sweetest. It’s a small family business, and they even donate to local schools and help out in the community. I always check prices before I go, and 99% of the time, they’ve got the best deal. Can’t ask for more than that.

Called this place, and the woman on the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Told me I wasn’t supposed to ask for current prices over the phone—like, what’s the point of calling if I can’t even get basic info? Then she got mad at *me* for asking. Just go in and they’ll price it, she said. Yeah, no thanks. Who talks to customers like that? ---
