I called about my tow bill, and the guy on the phone was a total jerk. He got mad because I couldn’t come pay right that second, started swearing at me, and even threatened to keep my stuff until I paid—like, seriously? It was only a few days late. Then when I finally showed up, he never even gave me a bill. Just pressured me into handing over my car. Absolute scam. Wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. ---

This was the worst experience ever. I called during the Spencer flood to ask about moving my car from an apartment garage to Ruthven. I told the guy upfront it’d be tricky—Boji Towing said they’d need a skid loader just to get it out. He said no problem, $250–300. Fine. I even offered to send pictures so he’d know what he was dealing with. He brushed it off, said he’d handle it. Then he couldn’t even find the place. I gave him the *exact* address, even specified the street side, but he ended up at some random Chinese restaurant on the wrong side of town. When he finally showed, he acted like *I* was the one who didn’t explain things—like, bro, you didn’t listen. Then he tried charging me for the gas he wasted. Meanwhile, I had to scramble to find a skid loader myself (thanks to Woodruff Construction for saving the day). The whole tow was a disaster—he was rough with the car, then hiked the price to $400 *after* the fact, and nearly wrecked it again dropping it off. Had to get in his face just to get him to be careful. Never again. ---

Don’t trust this guy. He’s a liar through and through, and I hope I never have to deal with him again. ---

Every part I’ve bought here has worked like it should. No surprises, no headaches—just solid stuff. If I need something, this is where I go. ---
