Real customer testimonials Drew Randle Rated this company 5/5 I purchased a new battery from the guys at Indy Auto Parts. They were one of the friendliest and most helpful parts store I've ever dealt with. They really provided value added service. My car died a few blocks away from their store, so they came to my vehicle to jump it for me. After I got to their shop, they changed my battery for me. After the new battery was installed, I was still having some problems and so they ran a check on my alternator to find that it wasn't properly charging the battery. They really felt like allies to me. They were super helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation. David Sheafer Rated this company 5/5 Great place to buy auto parts, especially Delco. Very friendly and very helpful and very competitive pricing. I wish I had started coming here sooner. Neil Mack Rated this company 4/5 Great parts and good prices. I purchased a Delco automotive battery for my car. They had the battery charged and ready to go. Good people to work with for parts for the car . Check them out sometime. 5/05/2022 I had an ignition switch relay failure for my very old RV (2002). Naturally the problem was a little bit of a bear to find and then fix. The next chapter was finding the correct parts for the repair. Kenny/Bobby were able to come up with the parts and they were still available. Just wanted you guys to know about my issues. Alexis Kalugyer Rated this company 5/5 Had my part that the dealer wanted $370 for. I paid $219 with online price match! & they let me pick up on a Saturday when they weren't even open! Great guys! Daniel Mack Rated this company 4/5 Good place to go to get ACDelco parts for your car . The Terry Brother will help you.

Real customer testimonials Bo Dreher Rated this company 1/5 I didn't want to leave a star. I feel like 1 star would be too much. Each interaction with these folks left me feeling stressed, frustrated and wondering what in the would happened to customer service. I chose to have them bench rebuild, short block style my 5.9 Cummings. The build was fine. The first problem was when Randall said worse case, a week. Then a week later, Terry said another week. It wasn't done, it was 2 more weeks before they had the engine ready. I reinstalled the motor into my truck. The motor runs great but the rear main leaks like hell. The truck hasn't had a leak in 5 years but it leaks now, with NEW parts. How is that freakin possible? They said if I want to take that behemoth out and bring it up there, they would give me another seal. Wonderful…. I'll jump right on it. I'm taking it to a shop to have it done. I will never spend another dime with these hillbillies ever again. Just go there, you'll see what I'm talking about. I not sure how they're able to stay in business. There isn't a sole there except for Randall that is personable or knows how to talk to people that aren't from the boon docks. Unfortunately, Randall is never there or is always unavailable. Good luck with this one. ERIC ECHOLS Rated this company 1/5 Randall is no good I'm currently taking my motor to Benning Auto parts as I type. Randall and his father are guys that just won't do right But as the oldest people say you pay for what you get. I should have brought my motor to Mr Benning the first time. Randall and his father just took my money. I swear to God on my life if you think I'm lying call Benning auto parts. On my dead son life he messed my motor up and he did it intentionally. Jim Whi Rated this company 5/5 After being stranded on the road all night and going to 6-7 repair shops who told me I needed hundreds of dollars worth of work these guys fixed my drive shaft for less than $40. Amazing people who also gave me a ride back to my truck. Thank you guys! Marvin Finch Rated this company 5/5 Nice, friendly place.
