He acted like I was the moron because I didn't know where to pull my Jeep around. I am in retail, and when a customer is a 1st timer… You don't laugh at them or belittle them. You explain what to do… ITS YOUR JOB! This guy is wayyyy too used to sitting on his ass and doing very little. So after I unloaded my stuff (myself) I went to the check out window. I asked if I needed to sign the paper.. he starts with the huffing and puffing again pointing to 10 year old papers that were taped to the window expecting me to read everything and sign the paper without saying a word to him I guess? But if they wanted people to do everything the front window said then they might wanna follow their own lead and get a picture of me with my materials before I unloaded it because that rule is posted but no one seemed to give a crap. No pictures were taken. This guy has to have ruined so many future sales for this scrap yard.. I can not be the only one who has had a problem with this guy.. he was a terrible front person for a business that wants to grow. I personally will never go there again even though it's the closest to my home. If I was the owner I wouldn't be able to fire him quick enough.
