Check in and people who work here at receiving are awesome and I working OTR around 20 years and always have hard time with people working at receiving and shipping offices around Chicago but this place is VACATION for us drivers. They come out ,check and cut seal , they stopped traffic and help me I was at door less than 30 sec THANKS GUYS AND DEFINITELY I WILL DELIVER FOR YOU ANYTIME, ANYTIME!!!! They used to have the best prices but it's been bad as of late. And the office cant quote prices over the phone ?! They are consistently 30-40 cents less than all american or elgin recycling. Staff used to be good and nice, I dont know what happened. The ladies when you call are extremely arrogant and hard tomdeal.with. I have a 1000 lbs of 500 kcm and they said it will range from 1.28 to 1.48….. what ? How can you not give me a solid price like every other scrapper. I got $1.65 at elgin recycling. They have my business from here on out. No need to call redline anymore. zork zax Rated this company 5/5 I did pick up for amazon.Maybe thats why or they just do it like that but they were very quick loading me.It took them like 10min for full truck load.Wooow.They were very nice .Didant evan asked but the guy who load me help me to back up.Because u have to cross the street and block the cars passing by 2 ways.So he was there to stop the coming cars.Which is very nice,cause the most places where i go u have to ask them to do that and they still dont want to.Also he told me the how to get to the highway and how to skip the traffick.I hope they will keep doing it like that !!!!!
