To be fair, the cars were stacked on top of each other so they would have to unstack them before I could extract parts. Said it needed a power steering pump. Put a used pump in the trunk which leaked all over the place. The car had an anti freeze leak and overheated almost immediately. It had water in it no anti freeze. A girl named jessica who works there had been driving the car with the original owners license plates on it for who knows how long as she left her license in it which I still have. When I contacted them they offered no help were very rude and didn't even want the license back. I will be contacting the original owner to return her plates and making sure to spread the word about these people so this don't happen to anyone else.

She asked if i needed the for a two door, four door,or hatchback i said it dosent matter I just need the abs version of of the steering knuckles because there interchangeable on the project I'm working on. She then said it does matter because the part numbers are different. It is the same part for every civic from 1996 -2000.Very rude indeed. I was told I had 30 days to return anything, with the receipt. BUT……. when I called to return my items, I was THEN informed there would be a restocking fee of 25%. My issue is that I was NOT informed that was the case until later I called them. THEN THEY DECIDED TO TELL ME TO READ THE WRITING ON THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT. BAD BUSINESS IN MY OPINION.
