Real customer testimonials Angel Harding Rated this company 5/5 We didn't get his name but the guy who helped us this morning was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answers our questions, even though we couldn't get the part we needed from him. We would definitely come back for any parts we need. Thanks again y'all. MochaLoaf Rated this company 1/5 We called Friday to arrange partpick up. Arrived around 11:32am on a Tuesday- the gate is closed? Website says it's open along with Google. We did call multiple times before coming on Tuesday. Voicemail box said it was full and didn't have an update on store hours. They're people here, so we blew the horn a couple of times. Guy finally came and said "they're open, but can't make any sales"? Finally let in, but they can't locate part. Bayo Adeeko Rated this company 1/5 Do not buy anything from this place. They sell damaged engine and will not honor their warranty or answer their phones. I bought an engine for $950 on October 11, 2022. After paying to have the engine installed, it was found out that the engine had water all in it. I notified brooks about the defective engine I was sold on October 27 and we agreed he will be issuing a refund when I return the engine. Ever since then, every attempt to schedule a time to bring the engine back for a refund has failed. Brooks will not answer the phone or return my calls. I figured Brooks blocked my number because I was able to get him on the phone using somebody else’s phone. I reported this to better business bureau who also could not get brooks to comment or honor their warranty. I am out of pocket on bad engine and labor. Shop somewhere else and not here. Samantha Rajapakse Rated this company 1/5 Take advantage of women Called and was told one price. Drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to get there and then the hidden fees. 650 and he took the core charge and raise the taxes . The taxes went from 39.00 to 45.00. Then he started (the owner) started to ignore me. The puller came and talked to me I needed the motor and the fact I drove far I had to get it. But there was another woman there who was told her part was 250 and then he added a charge fee. When you pay cash then he don’t charge you or I don’t know. But I would not go back again Scott Nixon Rated this company 5/5 Very nice experience. Patrick is a great guy and very helpful
