Went to this place for the first time on February 6th. Before I even showed up, I called to check if they had a specific part I needed. The person on the phone said yes, it was in stock. So I drove all the way there, only to find out when I arrived that it wasn’t actually available. I waited while they double-checked, and sure enough, it was a no-go. I emailed the manager afterward to let them know how frustrating it was—wrong info, wasted time, no follow-up—but never heard back. Not a great first impression. I won’t be returning.

Back in the day, A-Abco was decent—now? It’s a joke. I’ve been buying parts from them since the ‘80s, and I can’t believe how far they’ve slipped. When I called, they made me drive an hour back just to get them. The staff is rude, the parts are trash, and their excuses are weak. Called them on a Saturday about a used battery for my car. Asked twice about the condition, and they said it was fine. Installed it, and the car wouldn’t start. Had to jump it, drove for 15 minutes, and it still died. Took it to AutoZone, and they said the battery was completely dead. Had to buy a new one—$93 for their junk, $34 for the real deal. Total waste of $130. Don’t trust them. They’ll sell you a dead battery and act like it’s your fault.
