Took a picture of the weight slip myself after spotting their trick. Right out of the gate they tried knocking down the weight, then offered half what the metal was worth. Left my stuff behind in the rush of getting out, but I’ll never set foot in there again. They’re either greedy or just scraping by—the result’s the same, and I won’t be their next score. They even shaved 600 pounds off what the scale showed.

Got my scrap dropped off and picked up in no time. The guys working there were all smiles and easy to talk to. Paid what the metal was actually worth too.

Really nice people here and honest with their prices. I called in a panic because we were running behind and I figured we’d miss closing time. They could’ve hung up and turned us away, but they said they’d wait and they did. Unloaded the truck in just a few minutes and made the whole thing painless.

Saw all the bad reviews and still came to check it out myself. Now I see why so many people are furious. Their scale is way off and that slashes your payday every time.

I drove in here with a whole truck bed of scrap metal, and they tried to tell me it only weighed 36 pounds. My scale at home said 5,060—you can’t lose that much just driving over. And the whole time, they’re grinning like they didn’t just screw me over. Oh, and good luck getting help—nobody there spoke a word of English. Absolute joke.

They break it down by pounds of aluminum, pounds of plastic, the whole deal. I’ve got a punch card for a $10 bonus, but they changed it from 10 visits to 12. Not gonna get rich off it, but they’re always friendly, and that’s more than I can say for most places. ---

**4** I stopped by this place today because it was just eight minutes from my house. Didn’t expect much, but their scale matched my home weight exactly. They quoted 70 cents a pound for aluminum but ended up paying 80. Unloaded my truck for me, in and out in five minutes. Fast, fair, and no nonsense—exactly what I wanted. ---

**3** The staff here was actually decent—no attitude, no hassle. They unloaded my trailer for me, I used the drive-thru scale, and got paid right across the street at their office. Simple, no nonsense. ---

**5** This place lowballed me hard. The final number they gave me wasn’t even what the guy was talking about at first—kept going on about how they’re not some big company. Then, when I tried to sell them a bunch of wiring, they didn’t even want to separate the Cat 6 from the Romex. Made the whole sale a pain. Don’t trust these guys.
