Got burned when I bought an Infiniti bumper they said was ready for pickup in Massillon, OH. I drove two hours, only to have them admit the part was still in Kentucky. Called again a week later to confirm it was finally in Ohio, drove down again, and nope—they shipped a Tahoe bumper instead. And they still didn’t have mine. After wasting half a day in the car, their Ecommerce Manager Jessica was the absolute worst. Never met someone so rude. She shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Stay far away from this place.

Ordered a bunch of parts from Morgan, and she’s awesome. Every single time went great. I’d tell anyone to call her. She’s friendly, helpful, and you can see she really puts care into what she does.
