When it was my turn, this one guy—sorry, I didn’t catch your name—helped me out and was absolutely fantastic. Super patient, really friendly, and really good at his job. He didn’t rush me through anything, kept explaining everything so I wasn’t confused, even though he was clearly busy doing other stuff. Most shops wouldn’t take the time to do that when they’ve got so much going on, but he did. You don’t see that kind of service much anymore, and it really made a difference.
